I'm just assuming here, but correct me if I am wrong.

If I do not have a return TabID in the store settings, orders will be processed through Paypal/Payflow/etc.., but catlook will display "No orders found".

I'm assuming sincere there isn't a TabID,  the payment processor doesn't know where to submit the order processing status data (aka call/post the order status).

Does this sound correct?  Just curious.  I'm debugging an install and matched it against another portal with the same configuration and the only difference was that the Return TabID value wasn't set (actually it was set to -1 and we know there is no -1 TabID).

So is my theory correct?

Check the store settings where the TabID has field to put in the correct one. I know there is one there as we have changed that for other sites.

My customers can purchase a product fine go through to paypal ok and pay for the order. So Paypal Seems to be working fine.

But when I go to check the orders after a purchase there is no orders in catalook and no orders under the customers account.

It seems as if catalook is passing the data to paypal fine, but nothing is coming back to save the order in catalook, let alone confirm the order has been paid for???

Some information for troubleshooting is below.

Customer logs in an goes to order page:

*If I log in as a admin account and go to “settings” on this moduel I can see that:

The link is:

ok no love on the PayPal Redirect I did eventually work it out.... It was an error with my hosting provider blocking responses from paypal.

desktopmodules/CATALooKStore/PayPalIPN.aspx needed HTTP Post access.
