Can any one assist me, please !

I am trying to set up either UPS or FedEx to calculate shipping charges from multiple points of origin to one (1) destination within one (1) shopping cart ? I need one checkout process. Any ideas, and help is appreciated. I am willing to pay to help get this resolved.

On page 218 of the manual is an explanation of how the fedex settings need to be done. the problem we have here in Australia is that we generally don't use it because of the costs.
