I have a promotion that when a code is entered 'XYZ', the user will get $20 off the product price AND free shipping on that product? Is that possible?

Well, I am guessing here but you might have to set the free shipping to come in at a certain price, and when they take 20.00 off, it gets to that certain price, then making the shipping free. I am not 100% sure how to do that - I was thinking out loud. There are a few scenarios on how to implement free shipping and it starts on or around page 284 in the manual and gives several examples.
