Hello.

I've been trying to modify the 'cat_itempaneNF' module. 

I don't like how the items do not top justify.  For example, if there is no image in one of the product items, it won't line up with the item next to it that does have a thumbnail image.

I've made changes to the following programs but don't see any effect when the page renders.  itempane.aspx, _StoreHome.aspx, and _MiniDashBoard.aspx.

What files in the skin do I need to modify to effect change when the page is rendered?

You need to make sure that you modified the right skins and than clear the cache in store settings.
There are 2 views in dashboard (list and card view) and 3 views in itempane (list,card and product details view).
