Can anyone point me in the right direction to alter the actual spacing and layout for the shopping cart? What I mean by this is that the cart is setup to only occupy a fraction of the space available to it when we need it to span the entire distance.

See how everything is set to the far right? How do I change that?
From the above link, if you add it to the cart, then select final checkout on the registration checkout page where it asks for all infomormation, see how the check terms and conditions and may we contact you is all squished to the left? How do we alter this page? help! Is it even possible to change this stuff? I've been told it's not but find that hard to believe.
