Hi..I am new to Catalook..

In my shop I will have a number of products.

These products ship in single units and by the carton or pallet.

There are a number of different postage/shipping rates depending on the location of the buyer and the quantity and type of each item they buy.

How do you set a rate to say

1. ALL EUROPEAN countries

2. Overseas (same as above)

3. Local standard and premium rates

4. Pallet rates

5 Carton rates.

I am not using UPS or other listed in the shipping admin area.

The manual isn't exactly clear on this so some help would be appreciated.

ps. The products and their quatities etc have been setup, all been given codes and sku's.
