Was hoping you could provide a simple answer to this.
I am trying to refund the shipping back to the customer on an order that has not been shipped, but i cannot seem to do it. The refund processes correctly for the product but the shipping is never refunded through the store. I am issuing a credit note in the admin "orders" module.
is this possible or am i doing something wrong.
