I purchased Catalook because it was to be able to import orders into QuickBooks ..... I set up a webstore with Catalook, Purchased a new PC and installed QuickBooks2010 and can not get the import to work... QuickBooks just shuts down... Does anyone have any help, before I recomend to everyone that Catalook is a very poor investment... I researched all of the QuickBook help files and it looks like the IIF file exported by Catalook is not formated correctly ... or up to date ... Thanks for any help....

Does anybody have any additional feedback for this? I have a customer who is interested in using Catalook for their shopping cart, however they would like to integrate Catalook and Quickbooks POS to track inventory and orders. Based on my research I can't find any add-on modules or anything out there that would help Catalook integrate with Quickbooks POS but if there are file type issues with even importing orders into Quickbooks 2010, Catalook might be a lost cause. Has any body gotten the Quickbooks Export in Catalook to work?

Hi, I would be very interested in this too. I'm using POS in our store and it would be a big plus to get integrated with CATALook. I don't use CATALook yet, I'm trying to see how I configure the trial version similar to my existing site. I can definitely can tell that this is not an easy task and not much help available. Almost everybody on the web loves the product but dislikes the documentation and the support. Regardless, I don't give up just yet..... Laszlo
