I have a complex need that I cant seem to work out... I am sure its possible as other CMS's eshops I have used all have this functionality.

I have a need where the users has a shop front and also allows for pickup, and following that they ship all around the country, each state has a separate shipping fee, I have set these in the shipping rules, however, it gives the user the ability too choose

1. Free pick up
2. state rate
Problem is people I am sure will choose the wrong state, I dont want to give the user these options, I need it to some how use the state that they have in the shipping address relate back to my shipping rules and make the calculations based on that rather than allowing them to choose.

I am sure there is a way of doing this I did try the visible check box, but this causes a object not found error, any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
