Hi, I'm using Catalook 5.8.1 on a long established site. I've now added 4 custom shipping rates (country specific) via the Shipping Administrator module. I've also checked the UPS and Custom rates radio button in Store settings.

When I test the checkout process, the correct rate is selected according to country (& shown above the items orderd table)  but the shipping is not included in the Total amount at checkout. When there was just one rate it wasn't a problem and the shipping was added into total along with the goods total.

Can anyone shed any light on this? Is there something else I need to do?
