Modify the header and footer templates of all receipts

Module CAT_StoreSettings -> 'Forms designer / Home site content' -> select 'Forms Top Template(Invoice, Credit Note, Notifications etc.)' or 'Forms Bottom Template' -> click the 'Update selected Form (After that use the link [Update Store Settings] to save the changes into the database) ' link and the 'Update Store Settings' link.
