Goto 'My Account' -> 'My HelpDesk' Select 'Settings' from the 'Page Funtions' menu on the top left portion of the screen -> Advanced Settings -> Select 'Page' from the 'Link Url:' selector -> Scroll down in the 'Select A Web Page From Your Site:' list and select the 'HelpDesk' site from the root (first level)
