Recurring billing (manually or scheduler triggered)

1. please ensure that you have entered all email data in module CAT_StoreSettings
2. Create an subscription item:
   • Choose Status(kind of use) = subscription
   • [Subscription Role] = ??? e.g. administrators
   • [Subscription Period] = 0 days for test
   • Check [Enable Recurring Billing]
3. Order this item and proceed to checkout ....
