    Hi

    I am making changes to  a number of products through Microsoft Access.

    I have initially changed Publication End Date and this has an instant effect and the products immediately appear or disappear from the shop 

    However the same does not appear to be true for other fields in the Cat_Products table.

    I have a number of products that have the same Description and I have changed one of these through the Edit Product function of the website and then Cut and Paste the changed content to the other products.

    I have gone into Store Settings and "Cleared the Cache", I've logged in as SuperUser and cleared the Host cache and even Restarted the Application.

    I've even cleared the Browser History.

    Where is the facility to "reconnect and refresh" the data.

    I don't use access - I use xls file. The new option for the last few releases has allowed you to also select which fields to include in the import. Have you checked that?

    What is the result when you import? Does it say it's successful?

    Give me a place to stand and a lever long enough... and I will change the world.
